Bird's Nest Breakfast
- 1 medium potato, boiled,per person
- 1 egg, per person
- Peel potatoes and grate them into a coated frying pan; turn over when golden brown.
- Make indention in middle, add eggs and cook covered until done.
- Serve with bacon or ham.
