Cold Veggie Spinach Dip
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Neufchatel Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Reduced-fat Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 package (1.4 Oz. Size) Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
- 3/4 cups Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Reduced-fat Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonaise until completely combined.
- Add the rest of the ingedients and mix well.
- Season to taste.
- Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve with sourdough bread or tortilla chips.
