Grilled Pork Skewers with Ginger

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients well.
  2. Cut the pork butt into 1inch cubes and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. Remove the meat from the marinade.
  4. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Thread the pork, red pepper and onion on skewers.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill over medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
