Easy Greek Omelette
- 1/4 cup chopped roma tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions, olives and dressing in small bowl; set aside.
- Beat eggs and water in separate bowl.
- Spray 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.
- Add egg mixture.
- As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
- When egg mixture is set but top is still moist, remove from heat.
- Let stand 2 to 3 min.
- or until completely set.
- Slide onto plate.
- Cover one half of the omelette with tomato mixture; gently fold in half.
