Easy Greek Omelette

  1. Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions, olives and dressing in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and water in separate bowl.
  3. Spray 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.
  4. Add egg mixture.
  5. As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
  6. When egg mixture is set but top is still moist, remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until completely set.
  9. Slide onto plate.
  10. Cover one half of the omelette with tomato mixture; gently fold in half.
