Tina's Sea Breeze Salad Recipe
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce.) cans tiny English peas
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- Lettuce
- Heat peas till hot; drain and cold; set aside.
- Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, oil and onion.
- Stir till blended.
- Add in peas and Large eggs and toss till blended.
- Chill overnight and serve over lettuce.
