Choclate babana bread cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 12 muffin tin holes.
  3. In a medium bowl mix banana, oil, vanilla, and vinager.
  4. Set aside for 5 min.
  5. In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients and stir well.
  6. Our wet into dry and stir until evenly mixed.
  7. Portion the batter evenly among muffin tins.
  8. Add to oven and bake for 20 to 25 min.
  9. Until toothpuck inserted into the center comes out clean
  10. Place on a cooling rack and allow to completely cool.
