Dirt & Worm Cakes

  1. Place cupcakes in muffin pan cups.
  2. Use large fork to pierce holes at 1/4-inch intervals in tops of cupcakes.
  3. Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Drizzle over cupcakes with small spoon.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until jelly is firm.
  7. When ready to serve, dip bottom of muffin pan in warm water 10 sec.
  8. ; unmold onto serving plate.
  9. Frost with Cool Whip.
  10. Garnish with remaining ingredients.
