Bacon Brussel Sprouts and Barley

  1. Cook the barley as directed.
  2. If no directions I find 1/2 cup barley and 1 1/4 cup water works well.
  3. Cook the chopped up bacon and when done add your sprouts.
  4. Stir it around to coat the sprouts and then turn down to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add your barley and mix it all up.
  6. Season to taste, I like garlic salt and tobacco!
