Make-Ahead Broccoli, Cheese and Rice

  1. Bring broccoli and broth to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in rice; cover.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in Cheez Whiz; cover.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Stir until Cheez Whiz is completely melted.
  8. Spoon into microwaveabe serving bowl; cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  10. Meanwhile,melt butter in small skillet on medium heat, Add cracker crumbs; cook 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently, Cool completely.
  11. Stir in Parmesan cheese Spoon into resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  12. Sore at room temperature up to 24 hours.
  13. Vent plastic wrap covering broccoli mixture.
  14. Microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes or until heated through; stir.
  15. Sprinkle with cracker crumb mixture.
  16. Microwave, uncovered, an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through.,.
