Polynesian Chicken

  1. mix first 5 ingredinets in paper or plastic bag.
  2. Line small roater with foil Brush foil with margerine.
  3. coat chicken pieces in bag a few at a time.Arrane in roaster.
  4. Stir pineapple juice,soysauce and sugar together in small bowl drizzle over chicken.
  5. cover bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hours until tender.
  6. Scatter pineapple over chicken.
  7. bake uncovered about 5 minutes until heated through.
