Polynesian Chicken
- 23 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3 lbs chicken thighs
- reserved juice from pineapple
- 14 cup soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 ounces canned pineapple chunks
- mix first 5 ingredinets in paper or plastic bag.
- Line small roater with foil Brush foil with margerine.
- coat chicken pieces in bag a few at a time.Arrane in roaster.
- Stir pineapple juice,soysauce and sugar together in small bowl drizzle over chicken.
- cover bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hours until tender.
- Scatter pineapple over chicken.
- bake uncovered about 5 minutes until heated through.
