Pot Roast Totchos
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- 1 pkg. (17 oz.) fully cooked beef pot roast in gravy
- 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
- 1/2 cup refrigerated French onion dip
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup French fried onions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, microwave pot roast as directed on package; cool slightly.
- Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in medium saucepan.
- Add beef gravy and onion dip; mix well.
- Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Keep warm.
- Cook mushrooms in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 to 4 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add meat, peas and carrots; mix well.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Spoon TATER TOTS onto platter; drizzle with gravy mixture.
- Top with meat and French fried onions.
