Pot Roast Totchos

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, microwave pot roast as directed on package; cool slightly.
  4. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in medium saucepan.
  5. Add beef gravy and onion dip; mix well.
  6. Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Keep warm.
  9. Cook mushrooms in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 to 4 min.
  10. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  11. Add meat, peas and carrots; mix well.
  12. Cook 5 min.
  13. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  14. Spoon TATER TOTS onto platter; drizzle with gravy mixture.
  15. Top with meat and French fried onions.
