Baked Fresh Salmon Steak Recipe
- 3 lb Salmon steak
- 1/4 lb Minced mushrooms
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp Tarragon Pepper and salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter (optional)
- 1/2 c. Sherry
- 1/3 c. Fine bread crumbs
- Soak lid of clay cooker.
- Cut salmon in half and lay both pcs in cooker.
- Sprinkle with mushrooms, onion, and parsley and tarragon mixed.
- Add in salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste.
- Dot with butter and pour sherry over and around.
- Cover, put into cool oven and turn temperature to 4250F.
- After 30 min sprinkle crumbs over top and bake 30 more min.
