Caribbean Chicken Kabobs
- 1/2 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (1-inch)
- 1/2 of a medium green or red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 of a medium onion, cut into chunks King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup zucchini chunks (1-inch)
- Mix barbecue sauce, crushed pineapple with juice and garlic until well blended; set aside.
- Place chicken in large glass dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour barbecue sauce mixture over chicken; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with pineapple chunks, pepper, onion and zucchini.
- Grill 12 to 15 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through, turning after 6 min.
