Caribbean Chicken Kabobs

  1. Mix barbecue sauce, crushed pineapple with juice and garlic until well blended; set aside.
  2. Place chicken in large glass dish or resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over chicken; cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Drain; discard marinade.
  6. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers alternately with pineapple chunks, pepper, onion and zucchini.
  7. Grill 12 to 15 min.
  8. or until chicken is cooked through, turning after 6 min.
