Chocolate Mint Mousse Pie Recipe

  1. In medium heavy gauge saucepan, combine 1/4 c. sugar, cornstarch and morsels.
  2. Gradually stir in lowfat milk.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat till mix boils.
  4. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
  5. Transfer to large bowl; cover surface of chocolate mix with plastic wrap.
  6. Cold to room temperature.
  7. In small bowl, combine heavy cream with remaining 2 Tbsp.
  8. sugar; beat till stiff.
  9. Fold into chocolate mix.
  10. Spoon into prepared pie crust.
  11. Refrigeratetill hard, about 2 to 3 hrs.
  12. Makes one 9 inch pie.
