A Different Strawberry Pie

  1. Mix strawberries with the 1/4 cup Splenda, let set until juice forms.
  2. Mix cinnamon and remaining Splenda.
  3. Sprinkle on uncooked pie crust.
  4. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Mix pudding and milk with wire whisk until well blended, about 2 minutes.
  6. Gently stir in cool whip to pudding mixture.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Spread mixture into cooled pie crust.
  9. Top with strawberry mixture.
  10. Note, do not drain juice from strawberries.
  11. Keep refrigerated.
