Turkey Pot Pie

  1. Cut up the vegetables and saute in 1/3 cup butter until soft (10 min.)
  2. Add flour and stir 1 minute.
  3. Add broth, then add cream, stirring.
  4. Bring to low boil.
  5. Add turkey and mix.
  6. Fold into greased casserole.
  7. Top with raw crust, crimp edges to fit.
  8. Cut large vents in top of crust.
  9. Bake 350 45 mins., till nicely browned.
  10. Let stand 10 min.
