Merry-Go-Round Cake

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 3-L fluted tube pan.
  2. Cool in pan 10 min.
  3. ; invert onto wire rack.
  4. Cool cake completely.
  5. Transfer to plate.
  6. Beat dry pudding mix, sugar and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  7. Stir in Cool Whip.
  8. Spread onto cake.
  9. Press marshmallows into frosting around bottom of cake.
  10. Insert wafers into top of cake as shown in photo.
  11. Place 1 animal cracker at base of each wafer.
  12. Top wafers with 10-inch paper doily for the merry-go-round roof.

  14. Keep refrigerated.
