Stuffed Crabs
- 4 crab shells
- 200 g pork, minced
- 300 g cooked crab
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander root
- 10 peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pound together the garlic, coriander root and pepper-corns.
- Mix in crab meat, pork, fish sauce, salt, coconut cream, 1 egg white and 1 egg.
- Mix well and fill in the crab shells with this mixture.
- Brush with yolk and place in 7 1/4" x 5" x 1" - container.
- Microwave, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 4 minutes.
- Arrange the stuffed crabs on grill rack and grill for 8 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and shredded chillies.
