Stuffed Crabs

  1. Pound together the garlic, coriander root and pepper-corns.
  2. Mix in crab meat, pork, fish sauce, salt, coconut cream, 1 egg white and 1 egg.
  3. Mix well and fill in the crab shells with this mixture.
  4. Brush with yolk and place in 7 1/4" x 5" x 1" - container.
  5. Microwave, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 4 minutes.
  6. Arrange the stuffed crabs on grill rack and grill for 8 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and shredded chillies.
