Midwest Vegetable Crunch Salad Recipe
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. cauliflowerets
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 3/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1/2 c. California pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced carrot
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) Wishbone Italian dressing
- 1 jar (3 ounce.) Hormel bacon bits
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Just before serving, toss with bacon.
- Makes about 8 servings.
