Midwest Vegetable Crunch Salad Recipe

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon.
  2. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Just before serving, toss with bacon.
  4. Makes about 8 servings.
