Poppy Seed Lemon Pie

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat mild and lemonade concentrate until smooth (mixture will begin to thicken).
  2. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
  3. Spread half into the crust.
  4. Add poppy seeds and food coloring to the remaining lemon mixture; stir until blended.
  5. Spoon over first layer.
  6. Spread with the remaining whipped toping.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
