Crockpot Salisbury Steak

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, onion soup mix (low-sodium) and bread crumbs.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Form into oval patties approximately 3 to 4 inches across and about one inch thick.
  4. Brown in a skillet.
  5. Place in crockpot and turn to high.
  6. In a medium bowl prepare the sauce by whisking broth powder, Gravy Mix and onions.
  7. Pour over beef patties and cook for 50 to 60 minutes in the crock pot, flipping once.
