Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, shortening and sugar.
  4. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture.
  6. Fold in peanut butter chips.
  7. Drop cookies by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set.
  9. Do not overbake.
  10. Cool on wire racks.
