Bulgur Wheat Pilaf With Mushrooms Recipe

  1. In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Brown the bulgur in a large skillet in the oil and butter.
  3. Add in the green onions and mushrooms and cook for another 1 or possibly 2 min.
  4. Pour the bulgur and vegetable mix into the pan of broth and add in the oregano and a little salt and pepper.
