Bulgur Wheat Pilaf With Mushrooms Recipe
- 2 c. Bulgur wheat -- medium Grind
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 bn Green onions -- minced
- 1 c. Mushroom -- minced
- 4 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp Oregano Salt and pepper -- to taste
- In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Brown the bulgur in a large skillet in the oil and butter.
- Add in the green onions and mushrooms and cook for another 1 or possibly 2 min.
- Pour the bulgur and vegetable mix into the pan of broth and add in the oregano and a little salt and pepper.
