Ma & Pa's Seafood Delight Recipe
- 3/4 - 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 can baby clams
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1/2 pound sm. shrimp, cleaned and deviened
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high.
- Saute/fry onion 6-8 min.
- Add in garlic; cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in wine, seasonings, and butter.
- Cook for a few min.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add in seafood; cover and cook 5-8 min till scallops and shrimp are just hard.
- Serve over linguini and pig out!
