How to Cook Glutenous Millet
- 350 grams Glutenous millet
- 180 ml Water
- Rinse the millet until it stops clouding the water.
- Soak in water for 30 minutes.
- After soaking, drain water and rinse once more.
- Put the millet and water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, then stir.
- First bring to a boil over high heat, mix thoroughly, then cover the pot with a lid and cook for 13-15 minutes over low heat.
- Remove from heat, keeping the lid on, and steam for 5 minutes.
- After steaming, fluff with a spoon.
