Best Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 Packages quick yeast
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- Soft butter
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Dissolve yeast in water for 3 min.
- Add in cake mix, 1 c. flour, Large eggs, oil, salt.
- Beat with beater till bubbles appear.
- Slowly add in 5 1/4 c. flour, stir with spoon, making a soft dough.
- Knead on a board for 5 min.
- Let rise till double.
- Roll out 1/4 inches thick.
- Spread with butter, add in sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up as a jelly roll and cut.
- Place on greased pan.
- Rise till double.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
- Ice while warm.
