Mincemeat Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 2 c. Crisco
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon soda, 4 c. flour for roll
• 1 pkg. mincemeat Or possibly add in 2 1/2 c. flour for drop cookies

1. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for roll and for drop 400 degrees.
2. Add in 1 1/2 c. water to packaged mincemeat.
3. Heat through, let stand overnight.
4. Add in to batter and bake.
