Mincemeat Cookies Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. Crisco
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda, 4 c. flour for roll
- 1 pkg. mincemeat Or possibly add in 2 1/2 c. flour for drop cookies
- Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for roll and for drop 400 degrees.
- Add in 1 1/2 c. water to packaged mincemeat.
- Heat through, let stand overnight.
- Add in to batter and bake.
