Basic Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 165*C.
  2. Line a small cake tin and set aside.
  3. Throw sugar, water and butter in a pan and bring to the boil.
  4. Pour hot sugar liquid onto chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
  6. Mix flour, salt and baking soda and stir into chocolate mix.
  7. Pour evenly into cake tin and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Can't go wrong with this one!
  9. Enjoy!
