Seafood Chowder

  1. Cut fish fillets into large pieces.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in margarine.
  3. Add tomato, broth, sherry, lemon, and seasonings; simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
  4. Add fish, shrimp and clams; simmer 15 minutes or until clams open.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese.
