Apple Raisin Coffee Cake Recipe

• 1/2 c. Margarine
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Egg beaters 99% egg substitute (equal to 2 Large eggs)
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. Flour
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp Cloves
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 4 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/2 c. Raisins
• 3 x Apples minced

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream sugar and margarine.
3. Add in egg substitute and vanilla.
4. Beat well.
5. Add in combined flour,spices, and baking pwdr.
6. Mix well.
7. Mix in raisins and apples.
8. Pour into 9- by 9-inch pan sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
9. Bake 55 min.
