Mayo & Miso Salmon Doria
- 1 enough to fill a 1-serving rice bowl Cooked rice (chilled is fine)
- 1 Salmon Flakes
- 1 Egg
- 1 slice Sliced cheese (any kind)
- 1 leaf Shiso (hand shredded)
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Miso
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- If you have one, use a small gratin or casserole dish.
- Grease the surface with butter to prevent burning and sticking.
- Fill with rice and level off, leaving a shallow well in the center for the egg.
- Sprinkle salmon flakes on top.
- Cover with mayo sauce.
- Break the egg in the center and spread cheese around the edge.
- Bake in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
- When the egg is still a little runny, it's ready to eat.
