Carrot Cake - Grandma Hanson's

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients mix well.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients then stir together.
  4. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes.
  6. If you want to omit the prune puree change the oil to 1-1/4 cup.
  7. If you want to use just sugar then increase sugar to 2 cups.
