Three-Ingredient Pulled Pork
- 3 pounds Pork Butt Or Shoulder (ask Butcher To Tie It Up)
- 24 ounces, fluid Your Favorite Root Beer
- Your Favorite BBQ Sauce, Warmed Or Room Temperature
- Place pork butt in crockpot.
- Pour root beer over pork and cover.
- Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
- (I turn the pork over once or twice throughout the day, but its not necessary!)
- When youre ready to serve, carefully take pork out of crockpot and cut off the ties.
- Mix with your favorite BBQ sauce and put on sandwiches, or leave plain and use on tacos.
