Chocolate Liqueur Recipe

  1. Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Cold thoroughly.
  6. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and vodka.
  7. Pour into clean glass bottle with tight fitting cap.
  8. Use as substitute for Creme De Cacao.
  9. Makes 1 pint.
