Chocolate Liqueur Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon chocolate extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. vodka
- Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Cold thoroughly.
- Stir in chocolate, vanilla and vodka.
- Pour into clean glass bottle with tight fitting cap.
- Use as substitute for Creme De Cacao.
- Makes 1 pint.
