BBQ Chicken Salad with Fried Jalapeno Peppers
- 64 each fried chicken tenders
- 4 gal. mixed salad greens, chopped
- 2 qt. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
- 1 qt. red peppers, chopped
- 1 qt. avocados, chopped Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cups red onions, slivered
- 64 each fried jalapeno pepper crisps
- - corn tortilla strips (1/4 inch wide), fried
- 1 qt. KRAFT Ranch Dressing (FS)
- 1 qt. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- For each serving: Cut 2 of the chicken tenders into strips; place in large bowl.
- Add 2 cups of the salad greens, 1/4 cup of the bacon pieces, 2 Tbsp.
- of the red peppers, 2 Tbsp.
- of the avocados and 1 Tbsp.
- of the onions; toss lightly.
- Spoon onto serving plate.
- Top with 2 pepper crisps and 1/2 oz.
- of the tortilla strips.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing and 2 Tbsp.
- of the barbecue sauce.
