BBQ Chicken Salad with Fried Jalapeno Peppers

  1. For each serving: Cut 2 of the chicken tenders into strips; place in large bowl.
  2. Add 2 cups of the salad greens, 1/4 cup of the bacon pieces, 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the red peppers, 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the avocados and 1 Tbsp.
  5. of the onions; toss lightly.
  6. Spoon onto serving plate.
  7. Top with 2 pepper crisps and 1/2 oz.
  8. of the tortilla strips.
  9. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  10. of the dressing and 2 Tbsp.
  11. of the barbecue sauce.
