Chicken And Stuffing Squares Recipe

  1. Combine stuffing mix, butter and chicken broth; place half in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine chicken, onion, celery, salad dressing and salt; spread over stuffing mix.
  3. Cover with remaining stuffing.
  4. Combine Large eggs and lowfat milk, pour over stuffing.
  5. Cover with foil and chill about 6 hrs.
  6. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving, spread with mushroom soup.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 min uncovered.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 min longer.
  9. Cut into squares when slightly cooled.
  10. Serve with Pimento, Olive, Mushroom Sauce.
  11. Makes 8 servings.
