Sweet Strawberry Roll-ups

• 2 medium sized strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. honey
• 1 whole wheat tortilla

1. BEGIN by cutting the tops off of the strawberries and placing them in a bowl with the cinnamon and honey.
2. MASH the strawberries until they are a puree consistency and mix well using a potato masher.
3. SPREAD the cream cheese over the whole wheat tortilla and top with strawberry mixture.
4. Roll tightly and cut in half.
