Watercress Pea Bread (Abm)

- 1 12 cups cottage cheese
- 2 12 tablespoons butter
- 2 12 eggs
- 23 cup watercress, rinsed well and chopped
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- 23 cup green peas, cooked
- Bake according to manufacturers instructions, adding the peas during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
