Chocolate Mint Bars

  1. BOTTOM LAYER: mix all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. MIDDLE LAYER: Mix all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
  5. Refrigerate at least an hour.
  6. TOP LAYER: Melt together and let cool slightly and then spread over mint layer.
  7. Cut into 1" squares.
