Robert's Instant Salad
- 1 head frisee
- 1 head Boston lettuce
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Orange slices
- Edible flowers
- Wash and dry lettuces well.
- Mix all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
- Garnish with orange slices and edible flowers.
- Yield: 4 servings
