Cheeseburger Tortilla Pie

  1. Combine meat, tomatoes, avocados, beans, peppers, onions, cilantro and 2 cups (500 mL) of the cheese (or 1/2 cup 125 mL of the cheese for trial recipe).
  2. For each pie (8 servings): Spread 1 Tbsp.
  3. (15 mL) of the bistro sauce onto each of 3 tortillas.
  4. Place 1 of the tortillas on baking sheet; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  5. (1 oz.
  6. 30 g) cheese.
  7. Cover with second tortilla, sauce-side down.
  8. Top with 1-1/4 cups (10 oz.
  9. 310 g) of the meat mixture and third tortilla, sauce-side down.
  10. Bake in 375 degrees F-convection oven 8 to 10 min.
  11. or until pie is heated through and cheese is melted.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
  13. before cutting into eight wedges to serve.
