Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
- 1 lb Mild ground pork sausage
- 1 lb Hot ground pork sausage
- 1 packages Frozen harsh brown (30 ounces)
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 each Eggs -large
- 2 cup Milk
- Cook sausage in large skillet over medium high heat, stir till sausage crumbles and no longer pink.
- Drain well.
- Prepare hash brown according to package direction, use 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
- Stir together hash brown, sausage, and cheese.
- Poor into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt.
- Pour evenly over potatoes mixture.
- bake at 350* for 40 to 45 minutes.
