Three-Bean Vegetarian Chili
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Cook and stir onions and peppers in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add next 6 ingredients; mix well.
- Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
