Chicken Breasts

  1. Mix together orange juice, salad dressing and marmalade.
  2. Wrap chicken with bacon.
  3. Pour 1 cup of the orange juice mixture over chicken and marinate overnight.
  4. Discard marinade.
  5. Bake chicken at 350F for 45 minutes, covered, then bake 15 minutes , uncovered, to brown.
  6. Bring the remaining orange juice mixture to a boil and cook until slightly thickened.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
