TACO BELL Cheesy Steak Taco Dip
- 1 lb. beef skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jar (7.5 oz.) TACO BELL Mild Sauce
- Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package, substituting the chopped skirt steak for the ground beef.
- Spoon into large microwaveable bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
