TACO BELL Cheesy Steak Taco Dip

  1. Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package, substituting the chopped skirt steak for the ground beef.
  2. Spoon into large microwaveable bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
  5. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
