Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Bake pie shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 350u0b0.
  4. Cut 6 slices cheese into pieces; set aside.
  5. In large skillet, brown beef; drain fat.
  6. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in eggs, flour and cheese pieces.
  8. Pour into pie shell.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
  10. Arrange cheese slices on top.
  11. Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  12. Garnish with tomato and lettuce.
