Plum Sauce For Lamb Recipe

  1. Put plums in food processor and puree (not skins and seeds).
  2. Add in other ingredients, simmer 5 min.
  3. Baste lamb four times during last hour of roasting.
  4. Remaining sauce served with meat at table.
