Celery and Date Chicken Salad

• 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
• 2 stalks celery, cut into thin slices
• 1/2 cup finely chopped dates
• 1/3 cup finely chopped red onions
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1/2 cup Renee's Pear & Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
• 2 Tbsp. Renee's Mayonnaise Style Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette and dressing in large bowl.
2. Mix vinaigrette and dressing until blended.
3. Add vinaigrette mixture to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
