Polenta Pizzas
- 1 (16 ounce) package polenta
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 12 cup onion, diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic, to taste
- Slice polenta rounds--about 1/4 inch thick.
- Put veggie mix and parmesan cheese on top of sliced polenta rounds and heat at 350~ until very hot.
