Fresh Buffalo Milk Ricotta with Orange Marmalade , Honey and Toasted Pine Nuts

  1. Divide the cheese among 4 bowls.
  2. Top the cheese with a large dollop each of orange marmalade and honey.
  3. Sprinkle with the pine nuts.
  4. *Cook's Note: Toast pine nuts in a small skillet on the grill or on a burner over medium-low heat.
  5. Alternatively, toast pine nuts in a toaster oven.
